How we work

Artwork in, finished cartons out.

A single team takes a job from the buyer's dieline through to packed, counted bundles — which means one point of accountability when a shipment date is tight.

  1. 01

    Design & pre-press

Artwork adaptation, dieline creation, colour separation and Pantone matching before anything reaches the press.

  2. 02

    Offset printing

Four-colour Heidelberg plus two-colour and single-colour presses, so short runs and long runs each go on the right machine.

  3. 03

    Finishing

Lamination, full-surface UV, spot UV, emboss UV, foiling and embossing — all under one roof, no outside job work.

  4. 04

    Die cutting & delivery

Platen die cutting, creasing, eyeleting and string fitting, then bundled and packed the way your line wants it.

Infrastructure

Presses, coaters and cutters under one roof

Eleven machines across our Basai Dara Pur office and Kirti Nagar factory cover print, coating, lamination, embossing and die cutting.
