A sheet moves from press to coater to cutter without leaving our control, so a problem is caught at the stage it happens rather than at dispatch.

Four Colour Heidelberg
Our main offset press — four colours in a single pass with consistent registration across long runs.
Double Colour Dominant
Two-colour offset press used for spot-colour work and for backing up sheets efficiently.
Single Colour Dominant
Single-colour press dedicated to reverse-side care copy, numbering and short-run overprints.
Automatic UV Coating
Full-surface UV coating for scuff resistance and depth of colour on tags and cards.
Spot UV Coating
Selective gloss over logos and artwork elements while the surrounding stock stays matt.
Emboss UV
Raised, textured UV for a tactile finish that buyers can feel on the shelf.
Lamination
Matt, gloss and soft-touch film lamination to protect and finish printed sheets.
UV Coating
Additional UV capacity so coating never becomes the bottleneck on a delivery.
Die Cutting
Platen die cutting for shaped tags, U-cards, header cards and creased packaging.
Paper Cutting
